but in the case of sound-
samples -fi. a highhat, the actual sample will be important. I guess that you like to have a series of fast highhat-hits, but you like them to be
discrete -right?
Here you either need to find samples that indeed are shorter that the set Q, if you do not, there will be no discrete-ness of the sound, it will be one 'mess'. But there is a solution. You can find or make an instrument, that sounds just as a highhat, and that instrument can play notes depending on the instrument envelope. If you do not understand, dont hesitate to ask
