Well idk how much massive needs, I just know that's how much my old laptop had and it ran fine. I have 16 on my new one tho. It could be fine with 2 gigs, I don't know for sure tho :p

And yeah sound design is a blast once you get started

I have made 1 sound so far on ZynAddSubFx and that was the airy pad string thing in my latest song, and when I made it it was fun, Using PADsynth I literally put the harmonic shift to 7 and added some attack and de tuned it for that airy sound, no idea what I was doing except for the attack part... Now what's not fun is making sad buzzing noises. Lol.

Sorry, I like to tell people how I make sounds. Maybe when I get better at making sounds I will post a melodic dubstep sound tut

And yes, the requirement s for massive is 4 gigs of ram. I've been shopping
What's interesting is that the space required for it to download is incredibly small compared to what I thought it was going to be.
