Personally, I'm not too familiar with Twitch. The platform which I stream on is certainly subject to change.umcaruje wrote:Why not Twitch though?

Ok, the big issue with twitch is I don't want ads going on in the middle of the 'live' live stream. I'm ok if it's an uploaded version to YouTube, but not with the live stream as it happens. I'm not about to make people pay to have to skip ads. Stream.me and YouTube livestreams are both ad free.umcaruje wrote:Why not Twitch though?
In the future, I might be able to pull it off at 11am Mountain Standard Time (Denver/Salt Lake City). It really all depends on how quick I get home from class that day.caLRo wrote:It will be 9pm where I am. I'll try to attend.
that would be fun! i also will try to Watch next weekend. i may be out of town...ugh. but when i am able to watch, i will try to attend the multiplayer game as well.davisjacobym wrote:Now for a question for all those who are interested in my livestreams.
I was considering that following the main body of the stream, opening up my stream to LMMS community game-time. Essentially, I'd host a game of Quiplash or some internet based, multiplayer game that the entire community could play together following the livestream. Would that be something everyone would want to do?
i will see the YouTube version sadly, do you have a YouTube channel?davisjacobym wrote:So, here are the details for the first livestream:
Starting at 12:00pm Mountain Standard Time (Denver/Salt Lake City), I will be livestreaming working on a revived concept which for the time being is named IDX1. I will be livestreaming working on that for about an hour. Immediately following, I will host an open game of Quiplash that anyone can join in and play. All you will need is an internet capable device that can load a webpage.
The stream will be hosted at https://www.stream.me/davisjacobym, but will later be uploaded to YouTube for those who cannot watch or attend. The YouTube version will not include the Quiplash stream. At stream.me, there won't be any adds, and to leave a live comment, all you need is a valid facebook, twitter, or instagram account to login (or just make a stream.me account). I'll see your comment virtually instantly, but understand that because of lag and internet delay, my responses to questions or comments may take up to 20 seconds to appear on your screen.
Based off how sucessful this first livestream is, I will begin to do this on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
I hope to see you all there!

I do, but it's not set up quite yet. I'll be working on that prior to uploading it.DJ FlyingPankakez wrote: i will see the YouTube version sadly, do you have a YouTube channel?
