I do it manually. Audacity can help you by using the "Beat finder", it should be under "Analyze" or "Analysis", i don't know the english interface. Anyway it labels where there are high peaks, but then you need to calculate it manually.

My sample was already seamless in Audacity, i only had problems in LMMS, but like lazerblade said:
"the tempo you have set in LMMS is different from the tempo the sample is recorded at"
In fact there was a little difference of less than 1 second.
Anyway, which is the "second tab" you are talking about?
