LFO Controller speed inconsistent in 1.1.90

It's the cutoff frequency parameters of the lowpass filter that's connected to the master channel.
Issue 3064 was just fixed here and I tested that fix against your project and it looks like the issue is fixed. RC3 will be released hopefully soon so you'll have to be patient for a while and try that one out.

I also notice that almost all of the annoying bugs I remember encountering in 1.1.3 and 1.2.0-RC1 (1.1.90) are still in RC2. I hope they fix this by the release of 1.2.0.

So it was really fast because the LFO was controlling both the left and right channels of the effect?

LMMS crashes when I play a project and another bug is that the sound shuts off for a part of the song and stays that way unless I restart the project.

I can go into more detail about these, but I should probably start a new thread, probably in the bug report section

Yes, specifically it was the number of buffers used that mattered. I can't really give a complete answer without testing the bug and fix thoroughly and since this is now fixed that's not an option. The fix has now been merged and will be in RC3.

This is a known issue. Actually it's more than one issue. See discussion here:

A way to trouble shoot a project is to make a copy of it and then just delete one track at a time until the song will play all the way. This will not be fixed in 1.2
