Thanks. I'll do that as soon as I figure out, what type of background, I'm going to make.

i cant change the files in mine im on a mac

If you go into this directory c:/Program files/LMMS/ you should be able to find the background LMMS uses as a tiled background. Make sure your picture is the same name and same form of picture as the tiled picture, and then replace the current background with yours by draging the picture into the folder.
