Nae. The clicks that can be filtered has to be localized first.
For that you need some kind of frequency-analyzing tool. A couple are mentioned on the VST-collection page.
Now you need to replay a note of the project. Pay attention and observe at which frequency you can hear artifacts.
Now you add the EQ.
Create sharpest possible subtraction curves at the problem frequency/(ies). The EQ are meant to dampen the problem frequency, but allow all other frequencies, so it can be quite difficult to get it right.
...but thats anyhow the way to use an EQ to filter clicks....
