Song editor isn't make sound and the indicator doesn't move!

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
You should look in the My Projects tab on RH side of your screen (LH side for everyone else). CoolSongs will be in there.

If you use the menu Projects/Open Project it won't necessarily take you to the correct folder if you've changed Settings/LMMS Working Directory to anything other than the original default.

and the LMMS is on the right side of my computer (and maybe this is the cause of the problem?)
Hmm.. so its a hebrew/ arabic windows, and that makes everything mirrored ...
I remember there was an issue with a hebrew windows earlier, but what it was, i cant remember exactly. I will have to do some tracking..

But when you say:
well.. i don't have that "cool_songs" folder,
Then something is wrong!
Your installation is either not made with our official installer-version, or you have a faulty installation.
The folders
projects\cool_songs/
And the project
Skiessi-Onion.mmpz
is default available in official 1,1,3

No matter what, you should
* remove current faulty installation
* download a new fresh official pack here: https://lmms.io/download/#windows
* install and load projects\cool_songs/Skiessi-Onion.mmpz

Play and report back.

I will have to come back on that mirrored hebrew thing...
whoo^^ that worked, thanks^^
but why my tracks are silent? do i have to change them out of the piano roll?
Let's be clear here. Are you saying that you loaded Skiessi-Onion.mmpz and it played normally, making all sorts of sounds like it should do ? And the "indicator" moved o.k.?

If yes, does that look the same in Song Editor as your tracks that won't play. If not, what looks different ? We still haven't seen any of your tracks except one single measure of a basic Beat/Bassline editor using Kicker, no piano roll.

Super! :)

its hard to say. I looked at an other users project recently, but his project was actually i little louder than the one he asked me to compare on soundcloud.
Some instruments in zasfx are 'low'ish but i have a video on how to improve instruments, perhaps that is what you need:
