Challenge is still running.

If there isn't enough interest to keep this going, I'm going to consider it a one-shot instead of doing it on a monthly basis. So submit your tracks if you want this to continue, and I will start a 3rd round at the end of this month.

I'd be down for it if there wasn't any loop-based samples. Those drum loops are the one thing keeping me from wanting to join,

I'm assuming we're allowed to make remixes, correct? I'm remixing The Game Has Changed by Daft Punk.
Also, can we rename the samples or is it preferred they stay the same name?

And a hint to people who dislike loop samples: you can play with where the loop starts and ends. I'm using the electro beat as a drum.

Yep. That's the cool thing, about the Lmms samples challenge.

Remixes and renaming samples are allowed.

Can you upload an exported audio file of your project? Some of us aren't using the (latest) beta version of LMMS.

Remixes are renaming samples are allowed.

So the samples that the Sample Challenge is referring to is a set of bundled samples that LMMS comes with that caLRo puts out at the beginning of each month for the challenge. See the first post in the thread for better clarification.
