I am very happy I was able to get rid of some part of that vst sound I do not like. Or should I call it the underwater mp3 sound.

I cant get rid of it fully though without killing all the high end.(of the piano)
For a free vst though, I should not complain too much.

Okay.
This is cool.
Listening to both, is really interesting.

I noticed that the original has a lovely deeper bass sound.
It can be heard easily 0 secs to 1:02 secs.
And it's much louder too.
And has a boomyer drum sound too.

I can hear the slight differences in them both.
Somethings in the background, seemed to have changed, as you mentioned in one of your recent posts.

Both sound really nice in there own respective ways.

But I like how the new one, is a bit more toned down and not too loudish or harsh.

PS: I'm curious.
What did you use, for the Bass sound in both the old and new versions of the tracks?

Then I changed the settings a bit, from the top of my head I lowered sustain and decay.

The part I am not sure about, the whiny sound I added. It gives with the choir pad a nice effect, but I am not sure if I like that sound much.

ZynaddsubFX can do pretty good bass sounds, you will have to go down to c2 or c3 though.( or something in between )

Yep.
C2 and/or C3, is what I use too, when making bass sounds in Triple Oscillator.
I really might have to use something in between.

Also special thanks to LmmsDude for his Trance Bass tut on that.
And showing the C2 and C3 notes, in his video.
That vid really helped a noob like me years ago, when I almost had no idea what I was doing.

The sound at 1.50 and later on more of this vibrato string.

I am not a fan yet of the triple osscilator, but that might still come.
A lot of the presets sound to 8 bit too me. ( like its a sound from a game from the 80 ties and 90 ties)

I do realize a lot of people do like that sound. The chip tune music.

Some other question.
In my mind you can never get enough feedback but sometimes it only confuses me.

I have an online friend, who was not very positive about our house music.
(she makes music too on a keyboard but does not use a daw as far as I know)

I would like to hear you guys opinion on some of the feedback:
I keep doing the basics wrong, songs need an intro and outro a verse and a chorus.
My drums and percussion seem to be not right either. ( I do know I am still learning about drums and percussion, why is house house and not disco and so on, drums and percussion is much more difficult then I though when I started again using lmms, over a year agoo)

I love how she is just totally honest, but I would like to learn something from it.
The problem I am having with this feedback, in my mind a lot of house and trance music does not follow this verse and choir part ?

There is an intro build up and then often a drop. Or am I mistaken on this?

Dont worry about my feelings, I am stubborn and self confident enough, to be happy with a track, even if I am the only person in the world who likes it.

She also said you cant have a 5 min piano loop.

I think you can, and to name an example why her feedback confuses me:
Its not a piano but the way I hear this its 6.52 a lot of same repeating ? (and I love it)

Notice, he has a repeating, piano sound melody throughout the music track.
And that he slighty breaks that cool sounding repeating melody, when he has the higher rising version of the piano melody.

1) It is possible that he automated the Piano synth sound at 1:42 secs to 2:00 secs.

2) Or he has another synth piano sound, that already has a high rising sound to it.

I have no idea what he did, but it sounded cool, for a repeating melody.
