triple OSx and all other instruments it's OK.

What operative system/version are you using?

Which version of LMMS are you using?
The latest release is 0.4.15 . If this is what you're using you could perhaps try the 0.4.13 version instead.

I use xubuntu 12.04 and lmms 0.4.15
I also tested with xubuntu 13.04 and DreamStudio 12.04rev3
The problem remains the same...

I have the same "problem". I always thought this is because the soundfontplayer is just a very simple player. It is no synthesizer or editing suite like "Viena", which you can use for producing sounds. It just lets you hear written notes, not live played notes, because it doesn't have the capability to connect a keyboard to a Sf2.

The 0.4.14 version is OK with midi keyboard.
