LFO out of Sync

Alright, so. I have made a few electronic songs. I want to start adding some wobbles and wubs into my new songs. The problem with that is the LFO controllers don't synchronize/start when the notes start playing. What happens often enough is that instead of starting at the beginning of the wave, it starts partially through it. Instead of "wub wub wub", I get "ubw ubw ubw". Does anybody know how to not have this happen, different method to make an LFO for the cutoff, or anything else? I want to try to prove to others that it is possible to make commercial grade music without paying anything. Plus, I loaded up the FL Studios demo and was completely stumped.

LFOs are not synced to notes, they're synced to the song playback, ie. they start running when you press play and continue like that from there onwards.

You can tempo-sync the LFO, for example, set the LFO length to one quarter-note, and then if you use quarter-note quantification in the piano roll, the LFO will appear as if it's synced to the notes.

Otherwise, you'll just have to use automation. Or do the sound you want to use, render it and use it as a sample.
So if it starts when a song starts, would I be able to set it up, save it, quit LMMS, then restart and it would be on sync? This is of course when it gets off sync in the first place. That's what I have to do with d_blue_glitch.
There are 428 milliseconds per beat at 140bpm. If you adjust the LFO speed, till it reads on the little screen ms/LFO: 428 (or as close as you can get it to that) you should be laughing. Of course if you are not using 140bpm you'll have to calculate how many ms are in a beat using: 60000/bpm. Hope that helps...

LFOs are synced with the playback of the song, so if you set the speed right, and use notes that are in sync with the LFO, they won't go off sync. Every time you press the play button, the LFO starts oscillating from the beginning of the phase (or in the case of LFO controllers, wherever you set the phase knob). It will keep oscillating in that same way through the song.

You don't have to calculate it, you can just right-click the speed knob and select tempo sync. Works for both LFO speed knobs (instrument and controller), also works for any ladspa plugin knob that has values measured in ms.
