Help with effects [fixed]

can u add 1 effect to more than 1 instrument?
I think FX channels might be the answer you're looking for.

But fx will go to all tracks, i only want a select few

1. You set the instruments to the same channel (on the instrument plugins).
2. Next, on the effects mixer, you select the channel (click the channel title above the LED) and add effects in the effects chain box to the right.
It looks like there has been changes recently so if you compile the latest from source you first need to click "new" to add an FX Channel. Which release of LMMS are you using?
