I would suggest putting your songs here http://lmms.sourceforge.net/lsp/?action ... y=Projects so we can get a better idea how you made the songs and can give you advice. Unless of course you used lots of samples. And even then still.

Pretty neat, kind of glitchy sounds. From a glance, I'd say there's nothing really badly wrong with these tracks, in a technical sense.

I don't know, depends on what kind of direction you want to take it.. if you want to do more melodic stuff, then learn a bit of the basics of music theory, how to build chords, progressions, how to use scales etc. If you want to do more of a droning kind of thing, then try to get more in the mindset of keeping the beat going and slowly varying it. Don't break up the beat so much, have more of a montonous, hypnotic rhythm in your songs.
