Hi,

There has been a recurrent irritating buggish thing - for me - with the piano roll that has not been solved yet:
1- Edit part of a track with the piano roll (not even changing notes but only volume for example)
2- Click to close the piano roll and...
3- The track part is now "normalized" to start on the nearest "Quantize" setting of the piano roll.
Setting it to 1/192 minimizes the effect but I cannot get the track part keep its original time position.
The "Lock notes" choice in the quantize setting does not help either:by choosing it I get 1/16 as a minimum.

So the fundamental of my question is: why do the piano roll moves the start time of the track?
I am probably missing something since I don't want to move the all track, I just want to adjust the volume of some notes...
What am I doing wrong?

Any hint on this is very, very welcome

Just to let you know the bug is fixed in the last dev version.
I updated my git checkout and I saw that some realy good work has been made on the piano roll.
I cannot reproduce the problem anymore with this release
And it cannot be reproduce because the tracks start now at the beginning of a mesure even if the first event comes later on.
Realy nice indeed!
