Some questions about LMMS 1.1.3, and also exporting

My first question is about what is new in LMMS 1.1.3 compared to LMMS 1.0.3. What has been added/changed? Most things are obvious, but I want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

My other questions are about exporting things. I noticed that only WAV is supported now, but in 1.0.3 OGG Vorbis was allowed too. Why is this???
Also, what does Oversampling do?
There were many more options for exporting in 1.0.3, but I've noticed that many were removed. What did they do, and why were they removed?

Also, what are the basic functions/abilities of the new plugins?

If you have any questions about my questions, please ask them. The lack of OGG Vorbis support seems really odd to me, and I feel like it may be a bug... I'll contribute a screenshot if necessary. I really like OGG Vorbis...

wooooo.. thats a handful you ask for there...
you need to read the release-notes for both releases and compare them
You find them on the download-page, under previous releases, but 1.1.3 was mostly bug solving, and stability, plus some quite technical advanced stuff

Well it isent. You select Ogg on the first dialog, and you can export in ogg-forbis as earlier

Nothing was removed afaik, you get the ogg export options on 2. ui
