Midi format

Hello, I have not used LMMS in about 2 years, and I have moved onto another DAW, However I want to recreate my older songs that I made on LMMS. However, I don't know how to transfer the data from the tracks to MIDI format. Anyone know how to do this? Or perhaps is there an even better way to transfer the data?

If you search a little, you can find a tut someone wrote last moth (i think) on how to use several tools to get midi 'from' lmms. unfortunately, i cant remember if the tut was for linux, or windows ot both... but see if you can find it and use it. -For now, lmms alone does not support Midi-file dump.
