I don't have vestige any more what to de?

Hi I'm using ubuntu 14.10 lmms version is 1.0.1 and my problem is that I can't get vestige installed. So I can't even load my projects any more. I have the vestige directory in lmms directory but some how is not coming up when I run lmms and it completely stopped me from using this great program. If any one please could help me out with this problem. Thanks Laszlo

I cant understand you say 'cant load' -Are the project 'blocked' or lmms frozen?
unfortunately, i dont know squat about ubuntu, but the problem with not being able to open your projects can be solved
either
* change the vst-directory in your setup
or
* rename the vst-folder
or
*rename / move the vst that blocks the opening

your projects will then open, but lmms will 'say' that vstBlah.dll was not found, and vst wont work ofcause, but the score is 'saved'

(i believe a 1.03 version exists for linux -you could update..
