ability to change time signature and tempo mid-song

Not much else to be said regarding that request... i'm sure others would see this utility of this? Couldn't be too hard to implement.
you can already. Drag the BMP ao. timesig counters into automation envelopes. The settings will change acording to the envelope shape. Impressingly, even the songeditor-design change in acordance!
