Packaging issue in 1.1.0?

I installed LMMS_1.1.0 in OpenSuse (13.1), but LMMS still indicates version 1.0.100 in the about box and in the application title bar. Is this an OpenSuse issue?

Deinstalling and a new install has the same result.

..know nada about linux, but do you have the mixer with 'send' options?
If you do, it is 1.1 you have installed, and the wrong label is just a 'programmers oooops' :D

Let me know, cause the ooops must be redicated

I guess this is the FX Mixer. Screenshot attached. I can't see any send option.

yep, mixer all right, and also 1.1
Press the '+' button.
That adds a new channel. If will be default named FX1
Point to the label FX1, and klick it
Master channel will now show a 'send' dial, eg the signal from fx1 goes to master channel
I gues a tutorial for new mixer is needed :)

You do have lmms 1.1.0 unstalled, and the label is just not updated. I will add it to our bugtracker
t.y for the observation.

The weird thing is, when I compiled, lmms from source myself is does state the right version.

I am also on openSUSE 13.1 64 bit.

I have already send packman an email. Two even, because I was experiencing more problems.

I do not understand the problem. Maybe there is a issue with openSUSE. But is seems to only affect lmms, so its more lickely its packman.

@ Topic starter. I have not tried these, but have a look at the obs.

I did find a few lmms packages.

https://build.opensuse.org/search

Type in lmms and you will see packages.
