Submitted 5 years ago and still looks like one of the best themes I've ever seen on any app: http://cusis.deviantart.com/art/CUSIS-U ... -136994117

It would be really nice if someone could pick it up and implement it.

You'd have to ask the artist. It'd just be up to him to actually make the theme. I do believe some things have changed since version 1.0, so maybe that's why he hasn't finished it? Five years does seem like a long time though, haha.

But, anybody can make theme and import it into LMMS. It doesn't have to be an "official" thing.

A lot of LMMS's look is hardcoded and hard to change. That being said, this particular render is actually impossible to implement as it appears without some major recoding of how visuals are handled.

However, there is currently work on a new alternative theme that looks very nice. It can be found on the issue tracker here: https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/issues/880

I am with you bro, now let me tell you why this eye candy will most likely never happen.

Many reasons really
* Cusis, the author, is unreachable now
* It isn't tested or thought through (as far as I can tell, cause many things looks plain stupid. Maybe because it is just a mock up)
* This require reorganizing LMMS interface, a serious amount of coding.
* An attempt to implement this theme was already made several years ago, it never finished

But you can make amazing themes already with LMMS, a lot is customizable now with CSS and graphics, a lot more than just one year ago. So you could make all the colours come true, and many of the icons.
