LMMS won't recognize VST Effects plugins ( version 1.10 )

I'm trying to load some VST effect plugins, but LMMS is not recognizing them even when I specify a plugin folder with only the VST dll files in it. My operating system is Windows Vista. Is there something else I have to do to get it to recognize effects plugins besides the LADSPA ones?

Are the VST dll files within their own folders in the path you have specified for LMMS to look for those plugins? If so, try moving the VST dll files out of their own folders to the specified path.

What are the names of the effects?
Do you mean that they
do not apear in the list?
