Hello,

This started to happen today:

kernel: [11496.444077] lmms[16936]: segfault at 0 ip 080dbc71 sp bfded0b0 error 4 in lmms[8048000+477000]

1.1.1 has been working previously. Any ideas where to start checking?

Segfault, is usually a stack overflow message. Maybe someone here, knows how to debug it for you.
It may be a shared library shutdown all the other apps running, then try it again to see if you get the same error.
