How to connect Transport Keys to Midi Keyboard (Alesis QX49)

Hi fellow lmms users,

I own a Alesis QX49 midi keyboard which connects well to several functions within lmms. Keyboard keys, sliders, wheels and knobs work after being connected to the corresponding features in lmms.

Is there a possibility to connect the transport buttons to lmms? Since there is no "connect to midi" option on right click at the lmms transport buttons, I assume it is not so straightforward.

Btw, I was not able to properly connect the pads to lmms. They act as normal keyboard keys. But I guess the problem is in the QX49, not in lmms.

Thanks in advance

Axel

What is the function of the Transport Keys? They may not be midi related, most anything midi related including foot pedal controls can be connected to lmms.
I'am not able to connect drum pads to LMMS ether. It just dose not work.

By transport key I mean Loop, Back, Forward, Stop, Play, Record. On my keyboard they produce midi messages from CC 114 to CC 119, so they should generally be connectible.

Obviously this is not yet possible.
