FM Four plugin will not load in vestige

Well the FM four plugin is a powerful free plugin but doesn't seem to want to load in lmms. It said to contact you guys. Maybe this is some kind of plugin that would fix up lots of different kinds of plugins too I hope so anyways cause I really like to use vst plugins with lmms.
