Ability to select color of each note and each track in music editor (if to select different color of note, it still will gradually become dark, like notes with not changed color).

Yeah, it would be nice if you could color normal instrument tracks like you can with beat/bassline tracks.

I can see being able to change the color of the instrument track. But changing color of the individual notes would become confusing for some people. I like simplicity it works better for the newbie.

I think than it is not such difficult to paint notes into colours, how it was made in FL Studio, for example.

Highlighting the notes makes possibility to make two or more melodies at one instrument plugin track. It helps to economize CPU and RAM.

If there is not highlighting, if not to make waste usage CPU and RAM, than it is difficult to find certain melody among of other in one piano roll of one instrument plugin track.

Nobody except me wants this function?)

there is already done work on more theming possibilities, please do not grave-dig old topics.

The closest thing to colored piano roll notes on the issue tracker is ghost notes, iirc. There have been discussions about making instrument clips user-colored, but nothing about coloring notes individually. I imagine it would have quite a bit of overhead to implement.
