Under setting, you can tell LMMS the path to were fruityloops is installed.

Does this only work for windows, or should this work on Linux too?

I installed fruityloops on windows, then copied the folder over to Linux, but that does not seem to work?
Do I understand things right, when I say that this option is to use sound presets from fruity loops?

Just for fun I also tried to load some vst, but that resulted in wine crashing. ( Like I expected)

Should I maybe copy the fruityloops folder to a wine folder ?

Some explanation, on what you can do exactly with this option, would be nice too.

Well, unless FL Studio invented their own sampleformat (which LMMS can't use anywa) what is the point of using that path? You can just copy/paste the samles?? I know LMMS can import flp files (fruity loop projects), maybe that is why.
