Armin van Buuren In The Studio With Future Music.

The one thing I notice the most, he is using pro audio stuff, but still is using multiple things on top of each other.
I did not see anything though, we can't do in lmms.
How many times does he say side chaining ?

The speakers he uses are custom made to his room. :o

And if I get things right, he is using an lmms like program ( albeton), but also uses something like calf studio gear.
And he does not make the final mix himself....

He's using a Clavia Nord Lead keyboard. Synth1 VST is based on one of those. :)

Of course, his room was given a proper acoustic treatment, to match up with his speakers (or the other way around).

He's using Apple's Logic Pro in this video, an entirely different DAW, but "Calf Studio Gear" should sound familiar to the average LMMS user. ;)

He does most of the mixing. But mastering (the final step where the magic happens) is done by a mastering engineer.

I watched the entire vid, and It was useful to me. :)
He also uses albeton, from there he prob goes into, the program you mention. Apple's Logic Pro ?

At one point he is telling not showing, how he used albeton.

It was also very interesting to me, that he had a woman sing in a studio. Then used that recording, but with plugins on top of it, and also autotune :o The last part makes me wonder, if he should find somebody who can sing, but maybe it has to do, with him using a sample.

He prob also had the room adjusted, but he does tell who build his speakers, specially for this room.

One other thing I found useful, him telling to be careful about plugins on the master channel.
Thank you for naming the program and the synth. I was already wondering about both.
