This sounds like music from a Jrpg type game.
Like you are talking to the ruler, of a Fantasy Kingdom, in the Great throne room.
It would fit in really well, for those type of games.

However,.......More can be done, to make this music track, sound a bit better and more livelier and exciting.
But if the jrpg type game music, is what you're going for.
It would fit in quite well.
