"search " button for LMMS interface

Hi,
Lmms provides different formats for a particular sound e.g. tom.ogg, tom.xiz, tom.flac.
Now to look for a sample of a particular format, it will take considerable amount of time.
It will be better if LMMS interface includes a search button. So that you enter a sample name, and the search result gives you whatever formats are included in the LMMS library for that particular sample.
THANK YOU !!!

don't know whether you found it already, but it's already in there (although it could be improved a little by searching subfolders)
Have a look here: http://lmms.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/0.4:Side_Bar (last section before MyProjects)

Hi Capdanx,
I know that !
But any way it's like manually searching for the file. Have a look at FL studio 10 and you will see how file search works.
THANKS !!!

Wow, we've got someone from the future here, using FL Studio 10;)

No seriously, I don't know what you mean exactly.
I'm using FL Studio 9.1 and didn't test/try the beta (9.7).
Are you talking about the search function ("find" = alt+f and "smart find" = ctrl+f) in the browser (F8)?

Hi,
I'm sorry , I made a mistake in quoting the version. But you are right , I was talking about the smart find feature- that's really handy and time saving.

P.S. You are right , when you say I am from the future- I really want this wonderful program to reach great heights.
