What is the best way to export an LMMS project?

Is WAV or OGG better? Is there anything else I should mess with while exporting that may increase the quality?

They are different
wave is lossless. Everything that you have, will be kept, including frequencies outside human hearing.
Ogg-Forbis is a compress&loss-formate. You can think of Ogg as mp3, but free for all.
Ogg will remove frequencies and compress the file to significant smaller size.

"Best" - well some say that even non-audiable freq influence listeners, other says rubbish, but wave is everything, Ogg is a selection.

I don't really care too much about file size, so I guess I'll use WAV. Thank you!

just export to wav to keep as a working file, then convert the wav to flac to archive the music (it's loseless but with a smaller size), and you can export to ogg or mp3 to distribute your work to other people (mp3 players are more widespread among users and tools, unfortunately because ogg is of better quality). You probably don't need to distribute wav files to end users.
