Synth1 bug... freaky, with positive results

So I finally got a Synth1 bug, and I have no where to share it but here, so bare with me 
I wrote a track the other day , and one of the lead melodies i wrote with Synth1 came out radically different when I rendered the project. The results are freaky & quite spectacular, and I even prefer it to what I had created (what plays back in LMMS ).
The oscillators have been WICKEDLY detuned in a way I have yet to work out. I have zero idea to what the cause is.
