Can't hear sound after lmms crash

I was making a project and suddenly after adding a new track LMMS froze and crashed. I reopened my saved project and now I can't hear anything. I've tested older projects and I'm able to hear them but not the project that was loaded when LMMS crashed. Is there a way I can repair this lmms file?
Thanks

Yes, im sure you (or i ) can. If the notes in the project is not ruined, then you have lost nothing. Dont worry

First lets look at the obvious:
in lmms there are two ways to set Master-volume to 0
1) The Volume-slider in main component:

https://lmms.io/wiki/index.php?title=To ... h_Controls
2) the Master-output in Mixer:

First check if any of these are at 0 position

Next reason can be a flawed setting in a FX-effect. That could be on any presets FX-tab, or on a FX-tab in mixer.
That is a bit more complicated to locate :) -But have you used any FXs in your project?

Thanks a lot for trying to help but I've checked and it doesn't seem to be a volume problem. LMMS crashed when I inserted a heavy sample in the Audio File Processor(still, I've used this sample before and it never gave me a problem), I remember that the computer gave me a warning for too much memory usage(:/ had many windows open and I don't have the fastest PC). Some of the tracks have FXs. To see if it's an FX malfunctioning, I decided to commence the task of reconstructing the track in a separate blank project, I imported some of the presets, one by one. When I was reconstructing the file I added a Calf Limiter effect(not very sure if it was this one) and suddenly I can't hear the project. I took out the limiter FX to sound would come out again but no. I decided to not save the project at this state and reopen it to see if I could revert the problem but the still no sound comes out. What I've noticed is that when I play the project I hear like a glitchy sound that lasts less than a second. :/

Good systematic thorough way to attack the issue, and great explanation. Especially

I now know what is wrong. I am however puzzled about the fact that the sound does not come back after a shut-down. 8|

i would actually like to examine the project
upload the project, AS MMP! -and send me the link as PM (just right-click my name in byline and choose Contact musikBear), i will take a look at it

To Save as MMP:
* Open project
* File | save-as
* chose a name... 'xyzzxy.mmp'
press save
You can upload on any file-host like google drive
I will ofcause respect your rights.

OBS!
If i am right in my assumption then you should not play the project! It can harm your speakers, and more important, also your ears!

issue
I have 'fixed' your project, but there are many things that you should pay attention to.
* You have serious clipping in almost all tracks, because:
** you use limiters to boost volume high over 0 dB in most tracks
** you do not use mixer, all goes to Master
** most of your instruments are at 100% volume

I can give you the project back, but i think it would be much more useful for you to work on your project after some guidelines, and get it working yourself
You could learn a lot about making a track, and also about working with lmms :)

watch this video about using the mixer and the advantage of using channels, naming tracks and structure a project:

But let me know if you want the fixed project back, and ofcause if you run into more problems, just post a new question here.
