Hi guys !

A few months ago, I started to compose music and at the moment, I have released 4 songs :
2 original songs, 1 bootleg and 1 remix.


- My first song called "Begin The Journey" is a progressive house song with some "jazzy" influence.

- The second one "The New World" won the 6th place in the BOL4 and is also a progressive house song.

- Then I used "Jax Jones - You don't know me" to make a TRAP bootleg.

- And finally I remixed "SOUND OF LEGEND - Infinity". I made a hybrid remix : Big Room VS TRAP.

I would like to thank T0NIT0 RMX aka DJ Tonito who is the one that taught me everything that I needed to compose these songs ! He is the one who introduced me to LMMS and helped me a lot.

Can you tell us more? Is it 100% LMMS? Do you use samples? Do you use external stuff (samples, sf2, VST, VSTi, hardware, other)?

Well, I make a lot of my synths with a free VST called "T-Force alpha plus" but I also use SF2 like in the remix of "Sound Of Legend - Infinity" for example (trumpets, flutes, and so on...). I also use some samples for my kicks, hit-hats, snares, impacts, and other FX.
For my 2 original songs I used "LANDR" for the "mastering" but except that, it is 100% LMMS !

I noticed that your track called Begin the Journey is in stereo, while your three others are in mono (The New world, You don't know me, infinity). Is there any particular reason for this?

Yes it is ! But if you try it, you will see that your mixing has to be really good if you want the "mastering" to be good as well. Sometimes the result can be great but sometimes it can be awful.

Hum... No they are not in mono. If you listen to "The New World" for example, just the 15 first seconds, there is a high FX which is repeting itself continuously and you can hear it once more on the left and once more on the right (and sometimes just equally on the right and left). Also, if you listen to the remix "You don't know me" in mono, you will hear that the mixing is not really good : too much bass and not enough leads. In "Infinity" it is really subtle but in the first drop there are some toms. Some of them are only on the right and some only on the left.

OK. In fact, I downloaded your tracks via anything2mp3.com. And when I opened them with Audacity, it was mono.

I would have to listen to the stereo versions on your channel ...
