I have literally nothing, i just downloaded LMMS and i have no idea what i am doing or weather i need a MIDI keyboard to do anything. Please help because i want to practice making music

Nah, you don't need a midi keyboard to make the music, you can literally click and drag the notes you want to be wherever you want, however long you want, etc. It's always a little rough learning how to make music, so don't get too down on yourself if you can't figure out how everything works the instant you load the program. I started using LMMS back in early 2015, and it's only been recently I've been getting good at it.
