Major problem with loading project

I can't open this project no matter what I do

as soon as that box loads, it completely freezes
I force close it and this box pops up, but how am i supposed to remove the instrument if I can't open the project?

well, oddly enough, i canceled load just before the box appeared, and boom i had the song
