I was in the middle of a project when all of a sudden it started playing some weird noise; it sounds like a computer messing up. It happens whenever I play a note and listen to my recording. I tried opening up a new project to see if that one was corrupt and sure enough the noise was still there. It's already bad enough that it makes the noise as I'm playing notes, but it's even worse as the weird noise gets saved into my recordings. How can I fix this??

could be you are out of ram, because it it suddenly appeared, then it really couldent be settings
Please post your:
* OS (+service-pack-version)
* lmms version
* hardware specification (ram & soundcard is the most important)
* lmms sound device chosen
* a sound-file on soundcloud or a similar service

Thanks it was my RAM. I have a problem with wasting a lot space so I'll just have to make sure I use less space from now on. Now I can finally finish this song
