Is it legal to use Asio4All with LMMS ( customized dll )

I have a question. Is it legal to use Asio4all with LMMS ( with customized libportaudio.dll ) I have downloaded that dll from here https://github.com/spatialaudio/portaudio-binaries and I would like to know if it is legal to use it becouse without ASIO LMMS is not useful at all for me

Is it legal to use Asio4all with LMMS

From our side of the issue -absolutely do anything you want, just dont redistribute lmms.
However asio4all will not work past 1.03

without ASIO LMMS is not useful at all for me :/

Why is that? can you explain further?

Noo Asio takes more resources, what i think is that you have chosen a wrong back-end.
If you use a windows OS, then the correct setting is SDL
