I usually do a combination of LMMS and Fl Studio, that particular sound was a FX sound from Nexus in FL studio.
Which could technically be a sample, however I did not sample it.
That sound is nice though, I will admit haha.

Sounds nice. And good heavy sounding bass.
I will admit, that bell synth sounding melody, really helped lift the track man.
