Alternatives for ZynAddSubFX's AlienWah?

ZynAddSubFX's AlienWah effect can make some absolutely amazing dubstep sounds when used right. The issue is, it starts from a different place every time you play a note. AlienWah seems to be more of an automation than a modulation; any idea how I can fix that? I want the "Wah" sound to start from the same place for every note.

If that isn't possible (I don't think it is), then how can I get the same effect with LMMS's plugins, or other effects within ZynAddSubFX?

Perhaps by giving a value of 0 to the Rnd knob (LFO Randomness)?

(I never used this effect)

Unfortunately what you need is a discreet LFO.
LMMS currently only support continuous LFOs. However, Synth1 can be configured for discreet LFOs, but then you will not have the formant-filter, that you have in zasfx, so the 'wah' sound is not the same. You can however make 'wahs' in Synth1. Believe there is one in Brandys effect-collection for Synth1
