Sad Days - Brazilian Political Theme

Hello everyone !!

In my country, Brazil, there is a lot of barbarism against people.
Two days ago, ex- President Lula was sentenced, without evidence by a judge who makes his decisions by political criteria. At the same time, the usurper Temer remains in the presidency buying up deputies and senators, despite the evidence against him. I decided to make a song about it ...

The original lyric with its rhymes are in portuguese. Below is a translation...

Sad days (Music and lyrics by Cláudio Caldas)

That's another new day.
Hope, nostalgia
New time, our children
Working in these rails
For the murderers' flesh
Where is the milk, boys?

Stolen your rights
The subjects were mistreated
Raimundo and Maria
Getting lost all day
For the murderers' flesh
Where is the milk, boys?

The Earth, all the salt, the train
I ask, are they for whom?
In the world we only saw
Much pain, idolatry
The agony was big.
In the poor religion
The shepherd was the villain
Justice, persecution
They are robbing the nation

Passed another day
Where was the joy?
Always great challenges
Sweat, blood and shivers
For the murderers' flesh
Where is the milk, boys?

At the first listen (with cheap headphones), I was disturbed by the reverb in the voice.

I don't know if this is just my impression, but I find that the voice as it is processed does not work with the instrumental.

Would it be the reverb of the room in which the voice was recorded?

Maybe by placing your speakers in the room where the voice was recorded, recording the instrumental coming out of these speakers, and using that track as an ambient track that you would set low volume in, maybe it would allow for better overall homogeneity?

Or by further controlling the recording studio's acoustics?

(well, I'm not an engineer).

Otherwise, after some listening, I like this song quite well.

At first, D.Ipsum, I thank you for listening.
Well, first I recorded the instrumental and then the voice in my bedroom, who not have an ideal acoustic.
My "equipament" is very cheap and its not aproprieted for good recording.
My soundcard is onboard and very cheap, I use headphones, because I don't have studio monitors and my microphone is a desktop microphone.
I think the job is razonable with my poor set...
Thank you again for relavants oppinions.
I invite you listening to my playlist, I will be honored.

I understand, we have pretty much the same hardware configuration.

I will download some of your tracks (strangely, for a few days, I no longer have access to audio / video streaming ...).

Thanks again for your kindness.
I always agreed to download my songs, but unfortunately, nobody wrote a word or comments then I started to deny because I think it was impolite.
If you wish, send me an e-mail and I will send the chosen mp3's by e-mail.

I liked Lamento and A Little Impression.
Have you studied music?

Otherwise, it is true that there is little interaction on the forum ... I wonder how many regular users (about thirty?).

He he

I don't know Debussy, but the dissonant sounds sound good.
