[NEED HELP!] Can't chose negative numbers or decimals on Mac

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
I am using lmms 1.1.3 on OS X Mac and for some reason when i get to manually put in values on knobs by typing a number, i always run into the same problem. It will not let me chose a number with decimals, (for example 0,5) or any negative number. When i type the "-" character, it doesn't let me type a number after. And when i type "0," it doesn't let me enter the decimals after the "," character.
The only way i have found to work around this is by pressing the up- and down-arrows to use negative values, and to use decimals by just simply having to turn the knob with my mouse, but this doesn't give me the accuracy I need.
I also ran into a similar problem when using automation tracks. I click with my mouse on the different levels, but it automatically sets it to a 1 or a 0. So when I am using for example dual filter I can only have it on 0 or 1, which makes the automation track pretty much useless.
Would greatly appreciate your help or suggestions on how to fix/work around this!

There is no simple solution for this. MAC support is in w i p state, and there are a lot that needs to be done. You can add a ticket for these issues to the tracker
https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/issues/new
But before you do, could you try if you can add decimals using point '.' and not comma ','
So 5.4
NOT 5,4

For Negative values i cant think of a way around, that a bug.
