zynaddsubfx error open GUI - Linux

Hello everyone,

This is my first post. I take a few days testing LMMS 1.1.3 in Linux (Debian Jessie) and i have error to open GUI of zynaddsubfx. LMMS blocked.


Any solution ? Thanks and good job !

There is one that depends on the VSTs version of zynaddsubfx. It is not optimal

The other way is to use a RC, but then other issues appear. Current RC3 has issues with automation-copies, and an export error
RC1.1.90 is the one that imo has fewest 'new' issues, and it is stable
I believe it also opens the zasfx UI, but i am not sure.
If you try, could you report back?

The last version in Debian is the 1.1.3-7

There is this issue in xorg-server that has created problems for us under linux.
https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/issues/2701

It should be fixed in newer versions but I haven't tried yet.
