A wow track!
A real guitar would be the cherry on the cake, with the natural variations of the guitarist's touch.
Otherwise, automation on this guitar could bring something, perhaps a bit of TAP Vibrato by moment (automation on Frequency and Depth), or an automation on the pitch to get a custom vibrato.
The vibrato handle on electric guitar allows to go down about half a tone (all the strings relax and return to their normal tension).
The vibrato made with the left hand allows to go up by about half a tone (one string or more is tense and return to its normal tension).
The vibrato can be played at any moment of the note.
Also, the note often begins slightly higher than it is.
