Have you worked on a MIDI partition basis?

The rendering is good enough.

I used a very basic MIDI but I added a ton of stuff like the beats and swoosh, plus that drum roll. I also added a few extra instruments to make it sound more like the original. I now know how to make a drum roll. My ears have gotten so good that I can replicate beats just by listening to them!

And clearly, between your first published track and this one, your progress is palpable.

I like it. And I can hear, the spanish sound to it too.
Something about this tune, reminds me of Vega's spanish cage stage, from Street Fighter 2.
