I am new to LMMS. I plan to record my guitar directly on one mono track then to copy onto 3 other tracks to create a sterio recording by iolation each of the 4 tracks by low to high range than panning and using volume on each track. When completed I would like to bounce it onto my web page. Is there a user manual for LMMS/

Yes, that is the LMMS-wiki. (link in the page i just gave you)
It is not 100% up to date in pictures, but its fine, in general.
Perhaps my LMMS rookie-guide can interest you? Link in signature.

I don't think you should use LMMS for that unless you have a midi guitar.

You can import sound files, so you could import youre guitar play.

LMMS does not allow you to record audio (voice/guitar/other instruments etc) only electronic instruments via MIDI. To record instruments you will need to use another program perhaps Audacity http://www.audacityteam.org/download/

Audacity can also handle the track copying and manipulation you want to do or you can come back to LMMS for that.

Audacity might be a better tool for what you are trying to do.

You can edit the contents of the post, but you can't erase it, it's there for eternity

Only the administrator (and moderators?) can delete a post.
