Hello D.Ipsum. Yes it is a representation. Code is explained at abcnotation.com.

There is a program named EasyABC. It also includes abc2midi tool in its program files.
I also wanted to ask how to add second voice, accompaniment and chorus. If any required.
Wow, very interesting, it's all a learning, like Chinese.
I doubt the usefulness of abc notation in the writing phase of a track, i.e. in the creation phase.
Did you first write your sequence with abc notation?

If it can help, I found something
to add several voices :

By
chorus, do you refer to the chorus effect, or the sequence that usually follows the verse?
For the first case, I do not think there is a code (?).
In the second, perhaps we simply have to copy and paste the sequence of the chorus (?).
I don't know ...
For the
time signature (10/4 or 8/4), I don't know. One could be more elegant than the other, but I don't think it influences the result, the reproduction, or the interpretation of the score. I don't know.
Otherwise, I can only encourage to continue, either this sequence, or another one (your sequence sounds well).
