The enhancement request for this is closed: https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/issues/1472
and supposedly it's because this feature is implemented in 1.2.

I'm running RC3 and I'll be darned if I can find it. What am I missing? Where the heck is this?

Disregard. I found the discussion thread about what to do with B&B tracks and it looks like this feature was pulled, then possibly reinstated in RC4. I need an upgrade, and I'm too lazy to build it myself so I need to wait for RC4 to be posted as the beta download

No. You just need to use the ofline tool:
