Good tune. I like how the track starts up, with those unusual synth sounds.
Another thing, is the way you used those sounds in this, is rather creative.

I will admit, I have never heard, any goa trance music, that sounds like this.
And that alone, puts this track in a special category.

Overall, nice work.
