There is this ogg sound in lmms called nord_ambient01 .
How was this made? What are the effect and what is base melody ?

I won't give you the fish right now because I think that you should try to at least try to throw out a hook before you get the fish.I have made a 3oc version of the sound and you can listen to it here

What do you think you hear
listen carefully and you will be able to hear the various components of the sound and then you will be able to better understand how to synthesise it
So first, tell us what you can hear

I imagine myself as a piano music.
The base would be some simple piano accords but meshed with enhanced echo and something else.

Listen again -Do you hear an accord?

Describe for yourself how the
* attack
* hold
* decay
and release
-is for the sound

But what -Is it predicable?

These are all questions you need to go through, when you try to recreate a sound-effect
